You may use the programs distributed as "shareware" on a trial basis. Payment of a registration fee entitles you to continue to use the program for which the registration fee was paid. The software is licensed, not sold. All software, help files, etc. are and will remain the property of Shale Software, Inc. and are protected by copyright laws. You may install the program on a single computer. You may install the program on a network server only if you have purchased a license for each computer on which the software will be used.

You assume full responsibility for the legal and responsible use of the Software. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this license are reserved by Shale Software.
